Scholarly Electronic Publishing Bibliography (Version 51): This new SEPB version includes over 2,000 articles, books, and other printed and electronic sources that are useful in understanding scholarly electronic publishing efforts on the Internet. The “Scholarly Electronic Publishing Resources” directory includes over 270 related Web sites. The “Scholarly Electronic Publishing Weblog” is now available via a mailing list.
