I was asked to write an article on Weblogs and their participatory effect aso. That’s what I made out of it – it’s a journalistic piece (only in German).
Feedback is appreciated as tomorrow is the deadline.
[Update]: Only parts of the text were published here in the Glocalist Review as I misunderstood the numer of signs (translated it into words 
[Update 2]: This article inspired me or better it triggered the idea of critically looking at the hype of the emancipatory power of technology.
