confidential submission

I was wondering if there is another method of submitting proposals for BlogTalk (t d f) than email. It needs to be confidential (if email ever is confidential) and very easy – like sending an email – without giving others access to the submitted proposals.

I was thinking about some kind of wiki but then it needs to be very simplistic (for both ends) and confidential.

I’m grateful for any hints on that. Since we had some spam-problems over at BlogTalk, hopefully we didn’t miss any submissions.
