Just had an interesting talk with Michael Swoboda of Telekom Austria ( ) about product development and marketing in the age of internetworks. They were able to get rid of the idea that an ISP should create content, they finally understood that enabling is the key to customer acceptance.
Content is king was the last outcry before we and they started to understand that it’s about connectivity ( ) and NOT content.
