Be careful and think twice – take a break – before you cross a bridge. Had a consulting job yesterday as part of the NETWEIs-program. It was about an IT-firm wanting to take their bottom-up usage of a wiki engine in parts of the firm to a business critical application. It took only an hour to realize that it needs more than just a few feature tweaks to cross that bridge. Especially if that firms head count has been growing about 50 % last year.
