We had some fun yesterday playing with screencasting tools, Quicktime and MindMeister.

Wo lernt man den so schnell und sicher eine Mindmap zu erstellen? Oder ist das, das versteckte “RECORDING” Feature von Mindmeister?
It was quite a bit tricky to speed our screencast up.
We first recorded our collaborative session with a screencast software, then we exported the movie to a TIFF sequence with Quicktime, imported it again with 60 FPS and whoops we had a uncompressed Quicktime Movie-File with 4.4 GB
Thanks to VisualHub for compressing it to a 9.4 MB MP4 (264) file.
That was probably not the easiest way but we learned a lession about encoding, compression and cranky screencast tools
Cheers
