		<description>This is with reference to HSPDA and India. We don&#039;t have 3 GSM in India as yet and that might explain why India does not figure in the HSPDA list. However, mobile broadband is apparently going to be available in India starting mid-2008 and can work on the existing 2G network in India. I did an extensive interview with Ken Pawlak from Microsoft about Mobile Broadband during the GSMA conference in Macau.
