Matt Mower eröffnet aus Sicht eines Developers für Knowledge-Management-Lösungen die Diskussion zu Begriff “Business Journal” als Alternative zu Knowledge-Log. Viel wichtiger als der Begriff ist allerdings die mittlerweile auch schon bekannten, aber immerhin relevante Erkenntnis, dass, bevor Tools einen Sinn machen, Unternehmenskulturen verändert werden müssen. Zuerst die Identität, dann di Glaubenssätze, Werte, dann die Fähigkeiten und erst zum Schluss die Werkzeuge.
