I have written an article about blogging and the legal rules applicable to blogs. We provide a short overview of legal blogs (“blawgs (t d f)”) in several countries including the USA. We also give an overview of the “laws to be kept in mind”.

I’m very happy to announce WordPress (t d f)‘ founding and lead developer Matt Mullenweg (t d f) as a keynoter at BlogTalk (t d f). WordPress represents a paradigm shift in terms of open source (t d f) programming in the field of weblog software.

Just back from a press-conference together with Martin Bredl (t d f) and Stefan Tweraser (t d f), both from Telekom Austria. I was invited to participate in a Telekom Austria (t d f) press-conference on their new web-service called weblife (t d f). It’s excellent for an access provider to get rid of the idea that providing content is the best thing they can do to entertain their customers.

It seems as if the Viennese branch of the Austrian Workers Chamber (t d f) (Arbeiterkammer (t d f) Wien) is not interested in the web and its latest developments.
I asked them if they are interested to cooperate with BlogTalk by making their venue cheaper. They replied that there is no relation to the mission of the AK (t d f)(=Arbeiterkammer) whatsoever.
