Since I’m at factline I started more than a couple of different jobs. Today I’ll talk a little about some internal (infra)structural actions we already took and that we are going to take. For the time being factline had it’s own [tag-tec]email[/tag-tec] server at its premises with big harddrives, latest open source software in place (linux, cyrus, postfix, spam-assassin, etc.) and a very capable system-admin who took care of all that.

As promised! FCS is moving into the right direction. Some unique features (best permission set ever seen) already and more things to come. [tags]Firm[/tags]

didn’t happen overnight. But – as it is – I’m now managing partner at factline webservices – a Viennese firm that develops and sells web-based [tag-ice]Enterprise-CMS[/tag-ice], [tag-tec]E-Portfolio[/tag-tec] solutions and [tag-tec]collaboration[/tag-tec] software for the last seven years.

My task there is to help integrating the visions of social software into the fully-fleged factline community server, connect that to semantic web scenarios and consult customers to provide best user experience.
