Had a meeting with IBM (t d f) recently. IBM invests a lot in Open Source Software development. Their somehow delegated developers are not allowed to call home due to a risky intellectual property situation. That involvement sounds generous, however, it seems as if IBMs business modell conceives of OSS (t d f) - say Geronimo (t d f) - as an entry point to commercial licenses - say WAS (t d f).
