White Merlot

Here in Ticino they pay homage to white Merlot. I tried it now several times but still it’s the opposite of what I understand as a decent white wine. But then I might be biased.

27112007058since Nov 5. I’m quite enjoying the new environment. Still not settled ‘though. There is not much I can tell except that

- the weather is incredible nice here
- there is almost no way to avoid pasta or pizza
- there are lots of banks around
- the city is rather quiet at night
- still there are some good places to hang out (in the evening)
- occasionally you get horse meat
- Merlot del Ticino is the local version of red wine
- we are all very busy here
- I access the internet via Sunrise HSDPA
- I don’t like Mario Botta ( ), the (in)famous local architect.
